To ensure the smooth running of the event, we kindly request the following:
- Please follow the instructions of the Ramadan Committee team, identifiable by their uniform.
- Session 1 Al Ittihaad (17:30 - 18:15): Ladies and gentlemen: large room downstairs.
- Session 2 (19:50 - 20:20): Men and Youth/Adults in the prayer room upstairs.
- Please take your iftar seat according to the committee’s instructions. Close the rows together.
- Prayer and dining location:
- Ladies: Al Ittihaad room (large room downstairs)
- Children: Ramadan Kidz room (small room downstairs)
- Men: prayer room upstairs
- Takjil (light snacks) will be distributed to all attendees. Hot food will be served after Maghrib prayer.
- Please keep the premises clean and avoid wasting food and drinks. We encourage you to bring your own water bottle from home.
Let us maintain good manners and family warmth with a smile and respect, so that our worship may be fully accepted by Allah. Aamiin.
